TMV2 and TMV3 approved for basins, bidets, showers and high pressure bathfill applications, the Heatguard Dual is a quick & easy to install Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) designed to provide premium protection for end users. 2in1 fitting include check valves & strainers whilst the 4in1 fitting also include isolators and test ports.

Compliant with both NHS model engineering specification code D08 and BSEN 1111 the Heatguard Dual is the ideal choice for environments where user protection is a priority.

Water is most commonly stored at high temperatures to prevent legionella growth. By using the Heatguard Dual you can continue storing water at a high temperature but the valve will mix the hot water with cold water at the point of discharge to cool it down to a safe temperature and prevent scalding. Should the cold water supply fail, the Heatguard Dual will shut off the hot water supply to prevent scalding temperature water from reaching the outlet.
