All packages are professionally packaged and dispatched the next working day. Items will require a signature as proof of delivery and this should be taken into account when providing the shipping address. We aim to deliver the goods as promptly as possible but cannot guarantee a definitive delivery time as the packages are being handled by third parties. On very rare occasions, packages have been known to be lost in the post. If any packages are not delivered within 3-5 working days please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
