Payment Options

All packages are professionally packaged and dispatched the next working day. Items will require a signature as proof of delivery and this should be taken into account when providing the shipping address. We aim to deliver the goods as promptly as possible but cannot guarantee a definitive delivery time as the packages are being handled by third parties. On very rare occasions, packages have been known to be lost in the post. If any packages are not delivered within 3-5 working days please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

If you receive any item that is damaged, faulty or not required please contact us as quickly as possible (see contact details below). In the case of damaged or faulty items, please send them back to us and on the receipt of delivery, you will receive a full refund plus the postage. If the item is not required, please send them back to us and on the receipt of delivery, you will receive a full refund minus the postage.
